Ronan Kuczaj is a director of FT Corporate and Fiduciary Services Ltd in Barbados and is a senior fiduciary professional with extensive experience in corporate, trust, and governance services within leading international financial centres, including the British Virgin Islands. He advises international clients on company administration, fiduciary oversight, governance structures, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on complex cross-border structures.

Ronan is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DLT Solutions, a boutique fintech and blockchain consultancy based in the British Virgin Islands, offering advisory services to blockchain and Web3 projects, especially those looking to establish and navigate regulatory requirements in the Caribbean.

Ronan has held directorship and senior management roles within licensed fiduciary and corporate services firms, where he has been responsible for overseeing corporate governance, director services, trust administration, and client relationship management. His work spans a wide range of structures, including holding companies, investment vehicles, joint ventures, and special purpose entities for private clients, funds, and operating businesses.

He holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in South-East European Studies from University College London’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies. Ronan is a Chartered Director and holds a Diploma in International Trust Management, reflecting his strong grounding in fiduciary duties, governance best practices, and regulatory standards.

Ronan combines technical fiduciary expertise with a practical, commercial approach, supporting clients in meeting their governance obligations while navigating evolving regulatory and international compliance requirements.
